A very select few hotels in the world fall under this luxury hotel brand. This amazing renovation of a downtown historical landmark took extraordinary vision to bring it to completion. The original artwork throughout the space was chosen with a very discerning eye. Each piece, or series, seems to reside in its intended space effortlessly.

Suburban Luxury Hotel
and Condominiums
This luxury level hotel and residence called for nature-based and elegant images as well as three-dimensional artwork. All guestroom images are by a famous Minnesota nature photographer. The public art pieces are site-specific original commissions by local artists. The business center, Executive Club and less public spaces all utilized budget based posters and giclees on canvas. In addition to the hotel side, all artwork was specifically selected for the residence side of the building.

Downtown Anchor Hotel
This major downtown landmark hotel underwent a significant renovation of its lobby and three floors of meeting and conferencing space. The second floor received eleven oversized commissions depicting local arts and entertainment landmarks. An eleven foot high series of canvases was commissioned to span a two story open foyer. Behind the guest check-in desk a 23 foot series of carved glass panels with local landmarks was installed. This commission was done with three artists; A conceptual artist, graphic artist and sandblasting artist.

Downtown Boutique Hotel
This downtown hotel is a major restoration and renovation project of a bank building completed in 1906. This new and visually stimulating hotel includes original sculptures, paintings, metalwork and lighting throughout the public spaces and restaurant. Each of the 222 guest rooms include framed prints hand signed by the artist. A large canvas painting displayed in the lobby was reproduced in sections and hung in each of the floor's elevator lobbies.

This 1940's downtown bank building was vacant until a creative development team saw its true potential. The building's impressive Art Deco exterior and interior became the new location for a hotel chain recognized worldwide for its unique properties and attention to detail.

Suburban Business Traveler Hotel
A warm, clubhouse feel permeates this recently completed hotel under a major brand. Each guestroom includes an oversized multi-image piece with the suites living area receiving a framed poster. The hallways, public spaces and Executive Club use gallery wrapped and framed giclee canvases.

Upscale Condominium
This downtown condominium is a new construction, high-end property packed with luxurious amenities and design details. Art Partners Group worked closely with the developer and their design team to arrive at a collection of commissioned artwork.
The local and national artists were selected based on their unique work with glass, resin, ceramics and black and white photography.
