For this international company's North American headquarters, the focus throughout the four floors was telling their story in a subtle and thoughtful way. Art Partners Group partnered with the design firm to provide innovative graphics solutions, flexible and cost effective story walls and historical time lines. Art Partners Group also commissioned art to depict their business and values.

Investment Firm
A commercial real estate investment firm wanted to demonstrate their commitment to the local marketplace by highlighting regional landmarks. This firm also conducts business across the country so a way to demonstrate their broad reach needed to be developed.
After consulting with the client on repositioning of existing pieces after a remodel it was decided to commission a combination of local and national cityscapes. The client wished to be very specific with locale and landmarks; the theme and placement was developed by Art Partners Group.

Corporate Headquarters
LEED Platinum Certified
This landmark corporate headquarters facility is the first LEED Platinum certified building in Minnesota. The executive group overseeing artwork selection chose to focus exclusively on emerging and established Minnesota artists. The artwork selected is an eclectic mix of contemporary to traditional and a mixed media work conveying the company's rich history. The end result is a collection of art respecting their past and demonstrating their progressive and forward thinking culture.

Corporate Headquarters
This major real estate development and construction company used an executive team to commission site specific artwork for two floors. Art Partners Group walked them through the process of selecting where art should be displayed and determining the right piece for each location. Many options were reviewed to achieve the perfect solution. In addition, contemporary and flexible solutions were developed for all conferencing spaces and certain corridors where their projects can be displayed and easily changed by their own staff.

Law Firm
This large west coast firm opened its easternmost office with an impressive location and high-end design. The artwork was to be limited but impactful. Original paintings, handmade paper, glass and ceramics were used in addition to a collection of black and white photography in a "gallery" created by a main hallway.

This project involved merging offices located in two downtown locations; a one-year project management experience. A significant number of pieces were reviewed and inventoried from each location. Many pieces were found in storage in addition to items currently displayed. Art Partners Group assisted the client with a plan for reuse, reframing and "retirement." In addition to the refurbished pieces used, the client chose many new beautiful pieces by local artists to enhance the investment made in their new location.

Corporate Headquarters
This new world headquarters facility overlooking the Minnesota River is an elegant and contemporary building. The artwork and photography selected for this project, in collaboration with the lead designer, blends beautiful original pieces with budget minded ideas. A local photographer's black and white images are highlighted in specific niches while a representational bronze longboat floats in the executive wing.

Manufacturing
This newly remodeled manufacturing facility upgraded its finishes and decor. The artwork played a key role in changing the feel of the space.
The bold colors and contemporary art give the space an updated and modern feeling. Working creatively with the positioning of the prints we were able to place over 50 pieces throughout the space, impacting the facility and staying within the budget. Unique framing and printing images on canvas was utilized to give the prints a fresh and upscale feel.
